Welcome to the official Murdered Culture online store. By visiting our website, browsing our products, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree to these terms, you should refrain from using our site or purchasing from us.

1. Agreement to Size Chart & Product Descriptions

We provide a detailed Size Chart for each style we sell. By purchasing a product, you acknowledge that you:

  • Have reviewed the Size Chart prior to ordering.

  • Understand that sizes (Small, Medium, Large, etc.) may vary between brands and cuts.

  • Accept full responsibility for your chosen size.

Murdered Culture is not responsible for sizing issues resulting from customer selection errors.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

Our apparel is made to order. For this reason, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Contact us within 30 calendar days of receiving your order to report an issue. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags (if applicable).

  • We may request that the item be returned before processing a replacement or refund.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the error is ours.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing disputes unless the product measurements differ significantly from those listed on our Size Chart.

3. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received.

  • Estimated processing and delivery times are displayed on product pages but may vary during peak seasons.

  • Once shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs inspections, weather events, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer will not be replaced or refunded.

4. Product Variations

Due to differences in device screens, lighting, and printing processes, slight variations in color, placement, and scale may occur. Such variations are normal and are not considered defects.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, artwork, photographs, and written content on this website are the exclusive property of Murdered Culture. Purchasing a product does not grant any rights to reproduce, resell, or use these designs for commercial purposes. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

6. User-Generated Content (UGC) Permission

If you submit, tag, or otherwise share photos, videos, or reviews of our products with us or on public social media platforms and tag our official accounts, you grant Murdered Culture a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, repost, and display that content for marketing and promotional purposes. You retain ownership of your content, and this license can be revoked by notifying us in writing.

7. Accounts & Future Memberships

While our current store does not require a customer account, we may offer optional account or membership features in the future. Any such accounts must be created with accurate, complete information, and you will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and any activity under your account.

8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

  • Before initiating any legal action, you agree to contact us to attempt informal resolution.

  • Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be handled exclusively in the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

  • You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity, not as part of a class action.

9. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our site after updates indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

By completing a purchase from Murdered Culture, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, our Size Chart, and our Return & Exchange Policy.
